Is it normal for interior designers (who have an LLC or sole prop) to have general liability insurance? I have been subcontracted by an Airbnb managementcompany this past year for multiple projects and they were saying if I don’t have it-they technically have to pay for it for me during tax season. If so- what companies have you used for this?

I have both general liability and professional liability (also known as errors and omissions) insurance for my business. A lawyer I work with who has a lot of interior designer clients told me I needed both to properly protect myself and my business. I shopped around but ended up going with Next Insurance.
