Bedroom Feedback - Murphy Bed?

Hi designer friends! I’m in the process of designing a bedroom for a client. The challenge: the space needs to function as a bedroom and living room. The client has settled on a murphy bed, specifically the kind you see in the design.

My concerns right now are storage for clothes, so I’m going to propose turning a nook into a closet, if their budget allows. If not, I think I’ll have to find room for an armoire of some sort.

Floating shelves in the design because the husband has collectibles that they want to be displayed.

Would love to get feedback on the design and also if anyone has designed around a murphy bed before?

Hi! Do you have a floor plan of some sort? Could be helpful to see where you are thinking of the armoire vs the closet nook. If the room functions also as a living room, is there a reason you chose the small two seater sitting area instead of a sofa? I typically think of murphy beds as space saving so that you can accomodate living seating and then move your bed in that unused space.

is it possible to incorporate ikea style closet storage/wardrobes next to the Murphy bed so they appear as built ins? built ins are definitely in right now. ideas such as:

The shelves then can then go on the side walls.
