Hi @marietaylor! I agree with Simone, go with the dark! I am totally biased though as I have black soapstone counters and love the look. I find it makes the kitchen feel more homey than clinical. We have a black farmhouse sink and black faucet. I love how the sink blends with the countertops. You can see some pics I posted here (mainly of the floors so lmk if you’d like to see more counter pics).
