Just wanted to update everyone and give a recommendation for this company. Got all custom size romans from https://mood.design/ - they were super competitively priced (averaged $180 per blind including blackout lining and a good number of top up bottom down shades), very easy to work with, decent turn around time and they look great. Really liked the bamboo color options in particular.
