I am about to quote out a $1million+ rendering for a home for the exterior, living room, kitchen and owner’s suite. I use the programs Sketchup + Enscape and was wondering if anyone has experience providing this service. I have no idea what the going rate for 3D-rendered photos are. Also open to sub-contracting out some of the work if anyone here does this already, thanks!
