Hello friends! I’m looking for advice on how to deal with textured walls at home. It’s not quite popcorn ceiling texture, but a heavy orange peel texture like this:
It’s in a dark room upstairs with not a lot of natural light, and I think the texture just makes everything feel a little bit more sad and dated. I’m wondering if any of you all have textured walls at home (not beautiful roman clay texture—I would kill for that!) and could show me how you’ve made it feel nicer in your home.
OR if you’ve had textured walls at home, but actually went through the effort of sanding/drywalling overtop to get rid of it, I’d love to hear about it! Any photos/advice are very welcome. Thanks all
