Hi there - I had a fantastic experience with a custom woodwork company and just wanted to pass it along. Custom Corners, LLC - they also have an Etsy shop but can do a lot more than what is on there - has been so amazing to work with. I designed and ordered a custom media unit and shelving for a client and there was a miscommunication about the finish which we discovered upon delivery. They immediately knew it was a fault on their end and not only spent 3 days perfecting the finish but found someone local to my client who they paid to refinish the piece. Honestly, it gives me renewed hope that good customer service isn’t a thing of the past. I have another client coming up who needs some custom units done and will definitely be working with them again. People make mistakes and that’s OK as long as they admit it and work to correct it. Not once did I have to argue for the right fix to the issue! Anyway, if you need any custom stuff done, I’d recommend them hands down.
